Wonderful service! I ordered the d-shape on-line and the owner immediately called, originally to inform me they were unable to obtain that shape this year (no one else on-line had the d shape in stock this year either), and then right before he would have shipped me a smaller rectangular insert called to let me know he had manged to obtain the two d-shaped inserts I wanted - and very nicely answered all my questions ans accommodated all my requests. The inserts came well packed, in great shape, fit beautifully, are sturdy, deep and roomy, have small holes in the center for drainage, overhang the counter bordering the edge of the sink, and cover the silicone grouting (that cannot be kashered). So happy to have them!!! (If you purchase flat rubber drain covers to cover the insert drain the insert can be filled with water to soak the dishes.)
