I ordered some items from this merchant for the first time; however, when I opened two of the items (walnuts and almonds) they smelled really bad and were definitely stale. I wrote to this merchant twice to provide me with a refund for these two items; however, I never heard back from them. So my rating for this merchant is very low and I will not order from them anymore,
